Using online induction has proven effective.
Euronics uses the FlowLMS e-learning environment to provide inductions for chain employees nationwide, for e.g. product training.
Euronics has an extensive network of stores and its product range is constantly changing, and both of these factors set particular challenges for the company.
– One challenge for us was the fragmented sales field for which we had to continuously produce training on new products that have launched on the markets. Online induction has proven itself to be the most successful method, says Euronics’ marketing specialist Paula Kahila.
– At first, we committed our merchants, followed by the rest of our staff. We invited a Xoompoint expert to design training platform content with us so that we could retain our personnel’s commitment to remote training and make sure that the courses are enjoyable, adds Paula.
What did we do?
- Deployment of the FlowLMS e-learning platform
- Deployment of the iSpring Suite
- Content production consultation
- Support services
“We always receive support whenever we need it”
Paula explains that Xoompoint provided support with deployment of the training platform. Support was always available whenever it was needed, even after the deployment.
– We always received help very quickly, no matter the problem, Paula says in praise of the company.
– I would particularly like to mention Xoompoint’s iSpring. We received lots of PowerPoint material from manufacturers, and we used iSpring to easily convert them into an e-learning format.
